In today’s episode, Eddie talks about one of his personal goals in order to illustrate what you need to do in order to achieve new and intimidating goals. His goal is to increase the membership in his group to 1000 members by the end of this year. We talk about the importance of recognizing that we can get what we want by being ourselves, not by being those who we think have what we want. We discuss what has to be done in order to break down these incorrect patterns of belief. One of these things is understanding, within the context of our strengths, what it is that is motivating us to set and achieve our goal. We also talk about the importance of identifying how our strengths lead to our successes, so that we can take credit for the part we play in our accomplishments and thus be more confident in future success.
