The Coen Brothers comedy was made for just $5M, but became a big hit, a cult classic, and helped place Holly Hunter (her 4th film) onto the A-List of actresses. Now decades later, is any of this a laughing matter? Bank robbers, fertility issues, and kidnapping proved hilarious in the 80’s, but how about these days?
