In this episode, we discuss times in our lives when our negative inner voice threatened to stop us from pursuing things we wanted and how to overcome it.

2. How long has this happened?
3. When did it start?
4. Who’s voice is in your head when you hear negative thoughts?
5. What strategy do you use to silence to voice?
6. How do you silence it?
