The On Purpose Podcast Ep. 19 - You Good?

How many times have you answered the question, "Are you good?" with a less than honest, "Yeah, i'm good."

Why do you think we say we're good when in reality, we are anything but good? Is it to avoid facing what is really bothering us? Is it a habit? Do we say we're good out of expectation? Fear?

How do we know when someone really isn't good when we all say we are fine?

This episode focuses on getting away from the standard answer and taking an honest look at whether or not we truly are good.
