Kathleen Navarro is a native Houstonian, pageant star, and formerly known as Miss Houston Latina 2018. She currently holds the title for Miss Texas Latina 2019. Kathleen is currently a student at University of Houston Downtown majoring in business. She community driven and is deeply inspired by the academic success of her mother. Kathleen is passionate about public speaking, and hopes to one day own a business.
