Rongrong DeVoe is the artist behind Shop Rongrong. She is originally from Qingdao, China. She worked as a concept artist in Shanghai until 2009 when she decided to move to NYC to pursue her Masters in Illustration at the Fashion Institute of Technology. Her time in the sleepless fashion capital of the world further convinced her to chase the dream she has had since she was a small town girl in China. After graduation she worked as a fashion designer for three years at major fashion companies in Manhattan before deciding to quit and begin living her dream job creating fun fashion illustrations in her Houston, TX studio.
