Elaina Briscoe Fleming is an accomplished business owner and aspiring apartment investor living in Salt Lake City, Utah. Being the daughter of Brian Briscoe, co-founder and principal in the real estate investing firm Four Oaks Capital, Elaina learned from a young age the importance of building passive income and creating a legacy. At the age of 21, she created her own LLC, PodcastHero, in order to work closely with her father and Four Oaks Capital as the sole editor of the Diary of an Apartment Investor Podcast. Outside of the multifamily world, she is currently attending the University of Utah to become a Registered Nurse. She has a passion for helping people, and volunteers her time at an after school program for refugee children, as well as at a free clinic in Salt Lake. She and her husband are active in their community and plan to eventually set up a nonprofit to advocate for people with special needs. Her hobbies include writing, photography, and exploring the great outdoors.
