The only way we can see anything is from our own unique perspective, which oftentimes doesn't actually see what's right in front of us, but rather, is overshadowed by our past, our beliefs and our insecurities trying to keep us safe.
When we are able to step outside of ourselves, and view things from someone else's perspective, truly seeing the world through their eyes, we can broaden our capacity for empathy, open our awareness and expand our ability to understand another.
Having the potential to do this also shows that if we aren't happy with our present, or have difficulties overcoming our past, all we need to do is gain a new perspective on it, ourselves, and our dreams and we can change our lives.
Good luck everybody :)
