In this episode of Bring the Pain, I talked about the recent controversy about the hit on Trevor Lawrence by Azeez Al-Shaair. Tom Brady was on The Herd with Colin Cowherd recently and said teams should also be penalized offensively for quarterbacks, not giving themselves up early enough. That started my wheel rolling about a recent point fighting tournament I won in which I was penalized for almost knocking my opponent out. A fighter like me can understand that sometimes, in the heat of the moment, we only do what we're trained to do. Hear my thoughts on this matter in hopes that it helps some of you understand what it is like to be deep into a game like that.
