Description

We are celebrating our 200th regular podcast show! And there's no better way to celebrate being the longest running weekly Philly sports podcast show and the fact that it's our 200th show than by having a special guest join us this week. Brian Propp, former member of the Philadelphia Flyers and all-time NHL great, joins us this week for an interview to talk about his career and the Flyers.
But first on the Brief News & Views segment:
1. Len's takeaways from the Bucks vs. Sixers game this past week. (4:50)
2. Roy Halladay joins the Phillies during Spring Training. (12:00)
3. Important upcoming games for the Flyers. (16:55)
4. Eagles free agency splashes, signings and roster moves. (20:20)
Our Listener Feedback this week consisted of Eagles talk and chatter from this past week as everyone was trying to gauge what the team may do in the future. (33:10)
And then what we're throwing down on the Table is an amazing and very candid interview with former Flyers left winger, all-star and hockey phenom, Brian Propp. We first discussed the stroke Brian suffered in 2015 and his recovery before diving into his career and how hockey has significantly changed over the decades. Also, we discussed one of his previous coaches who came from the college ranks to the NHL and parlayed that into how Dave Hakstol is handling his coaching responsibilities in his early tenure. Concussions CTE and player safety was another subject we touched on as well, plus much more during this week's interview. It's one you won't want to miss! (52:00)
