Stress is a killer, literally. In this segment we discuss how to handle stress. Stress is our worst enemy, the reason why I say this is because stress is really caused by the way we perceive events. If we learn how to look for the good in everything and think about the bigger overall picture, then stress seems to dissipate and becomes meaningless.
