We must begin to embrace therapy in the black community.
This generation in my opinion has tremendous odds against them.
They are very vocal and demanding, but also fragile.
We must put an emphasis on black men's mental health and stability.
We internalize, and when shit hits the fan we explode due to years of internalization.
The cycle must stop.
