Marla is a certified meditation instructor who was trained at the highly acclaimed Chopra Center for Wellbeing founded by Deepak Chopra. Marla shares the story of her many unique careers which began with studying at The Juilliard School of Music. After her many professional business successes, Marla realized that she “had everything” yet still wasn’t happy. That’s when she discovered the practice of meditation. She’ll share her transformative experience as well as some key thoughts and techniques. Marla shares how meditation can become a habit that can actually help bring more joy to your life by learning to be less anxious and judgmental of yourself and others.
