In 1943, four British children discover the skeletal remains of a woman stuffed inside a wych elm on an estate known as Hagley Hall in Worcestershire. Her identity was never discovered but the legend is an enduring mystery which offered up a lot of theories. Bat Shit Crazy discusses the story and the likely explanation.
