Travel back to 1904 when a blizzard as bad as the Notheast Blizzard of 1978, traps the Barnes family in their log cabin on the prairie. Mrs. Barnes and her three small children are fighting a tense battle against the elements on Christmas Eve, hoping somehow that Mr. Barnes can somehow make it through the storm and reach home safely.
