Morgan Fox visits us from the Nation Cannabis Industry Association to talk about the Safe Banking Act. The NCIA was instrumental in pushing it through the House in September. Now they are working to influence Congressional Changes to the banking rules because of the importance of keeping dispensaries open. The lack of access to banking and other obstacles that cannabis businesses already face are exacerbated by the Corona virus. The NCIA is pushing Congress to include some version of banking reform in the next Corona virus response.
