In this Bright Side episode, Dr. Roger, Teresa and Danielle discuss anger, grief and loss, and its prevalence among people in quarantine and isolating with family or being alone. This Bright Side episode also acknowledges society's collective losses: freedom, planned events (like weddings, vacations, graduations), loved ones, employment, physical health, and physical contact with others. They share tips for recognizing the symptoms of anger and grief, unhealthy thought patterns and triggers, and how to better cope while practicing self-compassion.

NOTE: This compilation was recorded over the course of four weeks in March and April, during Covid-19, but the lessons are still relevant today.
