Marcus believes mentorship is key for future impact with youth in the city. Marcus and his co-founders at Urban Bridge have adopted a mentoring model built on the foundation of advocacy, community capacity building, entrepreneurship, and impact investing. In this conversation with Marcus we talk about his journey through the city and what it was like to grow up.
He shares what turned him towards mentorship and how getting back into the community to help young people bridge the gap to create long lasting social and economic change drives his decision making.
