Being a mother is exhausting and everyone would agree with that. Something we focus on a lot is learning how to prevent burn out. This takes some preparation and being aware of when you are getting close to burn out. You can prevent burn out by sleep, planning activities that don't take as much energy, planning meals that you can whip out quickly, and treating yourself to relaxation when you need a recharge. We also talk a bit about what you or your spouse can do to help during these times.
