In this episode, we tell about what happened with our architect and our plans for our new house. Rosie gave Elaine, our architect, a ton of ideas of what she wanted, but Rosie had no idea how it would all be put together or if she’d even be able to do it. The amount of stuff we gave her and the space she had to work with was seemingly overwhelming, but what she came up with was absolutely amazing. We talk about the things we want in the house and how Elaine was able to organize everything in the design so that it all fits perfectly together.

“So what she’s done, instead of being just a rectangle, she’s cut it in at the back so light can come from the west where the back faces out. The light can come in through into the playroom, and then on the other side it can come in through the kitchen. And then in the front in the morning there’s this huge double story window at the front. Massive. And all the light comes through, in. Oh my gosh.” 16:07
