All of our feelings are valid and we can make the choice to sit around and watch TV or to shake it off and dance to music. Having the ability to choose how we feel is what makes us human. Bridget shares her perspective on Zen after receiving an email that states "we can't help how we feel." We can help how we feel! The first step is to quiet the mind so you can listen in to what's going on for you. Secondly, recognise what's coming up. Then lastly, decide if you need a break and to go with that feeling or if you choose to shift the mood. We can always help ourselves.
