Rick is President & CEO of the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce, where he provides vision and strategic direction for the organization. Reporting to the Chamber's Board of Directors, He collaborates with economic development partners, educational partners, elected officials and major employers to build the brand and reputation of Frederick County's diverse business community. Rick was twice-elected to represent Frederick/Washington County in the Maryland General Assembly, served as a County Commissioner and also has a background in municipal administration.
