This episode documents my fitness journey for 2020. I've incorporated walking into my daily routine. I describe how my body is adapting to more movement and some of the challenges as well. There are no short cuts to fitness which means you've got to put in the work. My goal is to get my BMI down to 15% by the end of March. When I recorded this I was 3 days in but in real time it's longer than that. Who else is serious about fitness this year?
