Sometimes when we are down and out it's hard to get through the tough times without a little encouragement. There is a technique that I use called the C.L.A.W. which is an acronym for continue, listen and work. Sometimes, you must claw yourself out of a situation. So, I decided to share my speech to further help understand how to apply the claw when the chips are down.
