We’re tackling the topic of burnout this episode after both of us experienced it this past week feeling exhausted, unmotivated, or simply in a funk. The purpose of this episode is to reinforce the unity we have as human beings who all experience seasons similar to this. If you are feeling this way frequently though, we encourage you to talk to a loved one and seek professional guidance [we are not therapists ;)]. In its entirety, we think there is a lot of value in sharing the unmotivated and exhausted times just as much as the ambitious and encouraging seasons. There is so much freedom in allowing ourselves to acknowledge how we’re truly feeling and we realize the goodness that is unleashed when internal guilt is fought with grace of the heart.
