Mike, Kat & Andrew are joined by Derek Bartlett, who is the Founder of The Cape And Islands Paranormal Research Society and also Cape Cod's Haunted History Tour Company. After getting a tour of this extremely creepy place, Derek talks about his experiences as a "Ghost Hunter," what to do if your home is haunted and some of his favorite all-time horror movies.
