I gave this classic romance novel five stars
Charlotte Bronte from her picture resembles Uma Thurman. She was born in 1816 and died at 38. Her and all of her siblings died. She died in childbirth and her story resembles the story she wrote about Jane Eyre.
Like her Jane character:
She went away to school and then became a teacher;
Many people close to her died, and;
She became a governess for a rich family.
So it would seem she wrote about a subject she knew well.
