Not only is Roland Fletcher a Physiotherapist and owner of "In Balance Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation", but a super interesting guy with a passion to help his patients and profession. His practise focuses on patients with vestibular/post concussive symptoms and he is a Clinical Assistant Professor at UBS's school of Physiotherapy.
