It's the latest edition of the only digital radio show devoted exclusively to Underdogs, and host T.J. Rives and Kevin Rogers, Sr. Handicapper of VegasInsider.com, are back with LOTS to discuss.
First, Kevin weighed in on social media about Nationals pitcher Max Scherzer injuring himself with an errant practice bunt and then after a great pitching performance getting praised for overcoming injury....his own doing. He and T.J. discuss the subject.
Second, T.J. and Kevin put a wrap on the NBA Finals and Toronto's upset win over the Warriors. And, they also talk the Anthony Davis trade to the L.A. Lakers and whom got the better of the deal.
Next up, DeShaun Tate of 92.9 FM "the Game" in Atlanta is on the show giving an indepth preview of the top of the draft and what New Orleans, Memphis and the New York Knicks will do. Also, DeShaun has insight on whether the Atlanta Hawks, who own three picks in the top 17 will be able to vault up and make a trade into the top five, etc.?
Finally, Kevin is back on the show talking draft and the history of botched first overall or second overall picks in the NBA Draft. And, they go over great examples of team's still scoring great players in the mid- or late first round, too.
