Description

We all grieve very differently and I believe we do becasue not only do we all have our own individual ideas or beliefs what death is, but also how our relationship dynamics we may have had with the individual, the circumstances or events around the death and the actual approach you chose to grieve. My experience with my father's death in 2009 landed me in a weird emotional situation and wierd interactions with family but after a few years I had managed to continue to forgive, hold on to what was healthy, let go of what was not healthy and finally have peace for myself. Here is the story of how I dealt with all of it. -In memory of my Father, "Bug".
