Francesco’s story starts with a bachelor degree in industrial engeenering, in Turin. Then, he
decided to undertake a more business oriented path, with a master at ESCP Business School.
But for timing reasons, he had to start the master the next academic year. So he had a gap
year to fill: we can say he made the most of this opportunity. He did internships in the
aerospace sector and at Luxottica. He is now finishing his master while doing an internship in
the cosmetic sector, at Shiseido, the oldest company in the world in this sector. Discover his
