Into the third week of the distancing, I'm settling into a new routine and accepting the situation. Acceptance is hard when you are consumed with worry, fear and feeling out of control. But remember there are a lot of things which you can control - how you spend your time each day. Can you continue with anything from your old routine now? How can you look to the future - when is happens?
