Where I live in central Mexico, spring has sprung! The weather has warmed up significantly, the flowers are in bloom, and I am feeling the energy shift that comes with the arrival of spring.Over the last few years, I’ve been learning more about Ayurveda (an ancient science from India that focuses on wellness through things like food, lifestyle, herbs, and daily routines) and integrating these practices into my life.
