Carl Flowers – Is a true Warrior! His journey of entertaining and educating audiences has spanned the last 40+ years. After graduating from the University of Illinois / Chicago, where he majored in Speech and Mass Communications it wasn’t long before he ended up in the Dallas area where he was instrumental in helping BeautiControl Cosmetics become one of the largest direct selling companies in the U.S. in the 80’s and 90’s.
In 2004 he began conducting management seminars and since that time has conducted over 1400 one-day management seminars for a variety of businesses and organizations in the U.S., Canada, and the United Kingdom, including the FBI, the U.S. Senate, Exxon-Mobil, BP, Frito Lay/Pepsico, the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army and U.S. Marines, the GSA, and numerous universities and colleges.
While his business topics include Communications, Productivity, Supervision, and Finance. His avocation includes amateur historian and golf!
