Alison Arnoff – is an incredible Warrior. She is a former nationally ranked division 1 swimmer, triathlete, entrepreneur, executive coach and start-up strategy consultant. Her over 30-year corporate journey began in the tech industry as an engineer advancing to sales, marketing, management and leadership. She worked for industry giants and seven startups resulting in 5 acquisitions and 2 IPOs. Alison has always been a trailblazer and received her Bachelor and Master’s Degrees in Engineering in the 80’s at a time when women were rare in those degrees.
Over 4 years ago Alison left corporate life to dedicate herself to helping women leaders in tech have the support she wished she had in her journey. In 2020, she was blindsided by open heart surgery and subsequent complications resulting in loss of the ability to walk, hold a phone, feed herself and as well as a dropped foot and damaged eyes. After 3 surgeries and stays in the hospital she had a miraculous recovery and is now rebuilding her life and business. Alison now uses her fearless living to inspire and challenge her clients to find new levels of success.
