Happy Holidays everyone - Season's Greetings! We have quite the holiday themed show, beginning with a beautiful ballad from the incomparable Nina Simone, a holiday song I feel. We proceed into one of my favourite instrumentals from Vince Guaraldi Trio, a classic soul cut from Janelle Monae (a personal favourite), a tremendous achievement both in song and album from Fleet Foxes; and then switch it up, alternating between hard indie rock and roots reggae, with incredible cuts from Cat Power, Max Romeo feat.
