On this week's episode of The Copyright Experiment, we discuss a recent academic article by Glynn S. Lunney Jr., who tried to empirically quantify file sharing's impact on the music industry. Specifically Lunney evaluates the possibility that file sharing actually increased the number of hit songs, as predicted by the microeconomic theory of income substitution.
