Description

"Be Thou My Vision" is a timeless hymn dating back almost 2,000 years. A blind poet, a pagan king, and a formerly kidnapped missionary all were involved in its origins. Stretching across the millenia, two women at the beginning of the twentieth century brought these beautiful lyrics through translation into English, and matched the words with their original Irish tune, "Slane."
