Church of the Wandering is a small, progressive church community in Olympia, WA. For the past several months we have been studying together through the mysterious and exhilarating book of Genesis. Is Eve supposed to be Adam’s helpmate? Is God a man? Does Genesis have anything to say for those who are persecuted and oppressed because of their gender identity?
