Tony Evers implying that he will decriminalize marijuana is a tactic for him to get votes if he really wanted to legalize marijuana or decriminalize it statewide he would’ve done it already because he could’ve done it already. He is using that as a dangling carrot because he knows he has done nothing of significance since he has been in office. He Is in a word pathetic.
