HOW TO USE AUDIO
1) Place yourself in a comfortable chair keeping your back as straight as possible, palms resting on your knees and feet flat on the ground. Or supine on a yoga mat, with your legs extended and together and your arms at your sides.
2) Close your eyes and bring all attention to the tip of the tongue.
3) Listen to the audio at moderate volume using headphones or earphones.
