During the late '70s and early '80s, serial killers seemed to have free reign. One of those killers was Randall Woodfield, also known as "The I-5 Killer." The former football player used the 500-mile stretch of Interstate 5 to commit multiple sexual assaults, rapes, and murders. His murder count is anywhere between 18 to 44.
