Born and raised in Texas where we have lived the majority of our lives. I married Joe in 1976 and during our 40+ years of marriage we moved to Washington, California, and Oklahoma. On top of that we lived in Singapore and Hong Kong for almost 9 years where we learned to integrate into a completely different culture. It was exciting and daunting at the same time. I have enjoyed being in leadership at Bible Study Fellowship and 4Word Women as well as in our real estate business at the highest producing real estate Brokerage in the DFW area. At our real estate office with more than 600 agents, I have served on the Agent Leadership Council which is the equivalent of the “Board of Directors” for the last 7 years. At this top producing office in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area, I have been a productivity coach and a mentor and trainer for new and producing agents, and in 2020 awarded top 2% and number 11 in production. Other awards and recognition include: top 10% past 6 years and a 3 time Eagle Award winner as recognition of support to the agents in our office. I love to speak encouragement to people. One of my friends from 4Word named me the CEO - Chief Encouragement Officer. It's my favorite title! Joe and I enjoy getting to our condo on a nearby lake for boating and fishing as often as possible. 1. When did you first know you were drawn to mentoring? 2.
