As RBR+TVBR recently covered in its afternoon headlines e-mail, Nielsen has announced a new Streaming Signals product to provide connected TV operators and advertisers a better understanding of who is watching a show to deliver more relevant ads. From what we understand, there’s still a bit of work that still needs to be done to prove Nielsen is offering “real value” in the current media landscape.
