I`m joined by Dr. Jason Selk, one of the world`s top performance coaches. Max Out Insights:
•Having too many goals can be worse than having none. Instead, it’s more productive and efficient to have one goal for each aspect of your life, such as health, career, relationships, community…
•Focus on the process, rather than the end result. Focusing on our goals is nice, but the process is what lets us actually achieve them.
•When it comes to setting short-term goals, it’s important that they are achievable and realistic goals, respectful to their time frame.

Max Out Quotes:
•“The more you focus on the result, the further you are from achieving it.”
•“Done is better than perfect sometimes.”
•“Focus your mind on the process, rather than the end result.”
•“Knowing what to prioritize, and subsequently deprioritize. Is a major key to success.”
•“Our society needs to be focused on the solution.”
