This week’s remaster is Lino Miani, Green Beret and CEO of Navisio Global (https://navisioglobal.com/). Lino provides consulting services globally for those with business goals and challenges overseas. He is also the President of the Combat Diver Foundation (https://combatdiver.org/)
As we close in on #SOFWeek2024, I wanted to bring some attention to the Combat Diver Foundation. Lino and the Foundation's effort to support and recognize combat divers is outstanding. This year, the CDF will be hosting a Social at Harpoon Harry’s in Tampa (https://harpoonharryscrabhousetampa.com/) to honor Vietnam-era combat Divers and Members of the CDF who served in that conflict.
Also, an Art Piece from Invader Girl (https://www.invadergirlart.com/) is up for grabs through a charitable raffle. You can purchase your ticket here (https://store.combatdiver.org/products/invader-girl-art).
We look forward to seeing you in Tampa at Booth #3651 (https://sofweek2024.smallworldlabs.com/combat-diver-foundation)
Every class at the Special Forces Underwater Operations School creates a plaque. Most of these include historical photographs of all the members of that class. This serves as a who's who of US and Allied Special Operations Forces. The CDF intends to preserve the community's history and tell its stories.
