Mike Saliba didn't like the FAIRtax when he first heard about it. Mike is a Libertarian who opposes forcing people to pay taxes. Libertarians want to replace the income tax with nothing. However, after looking the FAIRtax over, Mike saw where it was a lot more voluntary than the income tax, so he got on board and signed the pledge.
