Last year, Grassroots Corner went thru a series of six principles that make a message "sticky". Florida State FAIRtax Director Paul Livingston is putting these principles into action. He has formed a group of seven people who meet regularly on a phone conference to develop "sticky" messages for the FAIRtax. In this Grassroots Corner, we meet four of the group members.
