      The Wildish Nature
following what is sane, wild & creative in us                                                                                              Menopause
Menopause is a very intense change in life for many of us, no matter what culture we are from. Some of us feel like they are meno struck, coming into its full transformation on every level possible and with all kinds of huge changes in life. Others glide into the peri menopause, with all kinds of good help with hormone balancing and other advanced meds. Whatever strikes us, we are going through it and know when we are in it and when it is finally over. I call it an initiation, as that was my experience. Looking back, I feel empowered and have embraced the lessons learnt, the changes made, the initiation it truly was for me. We might look back and would not want to have lived without it, no matter how challenging it was, for a long time. The following poem is one example, as an increasing number of women are sharing this incredible transition in our lifetime . The design of life’s cycles is powerful and makes deep sense, is ever true and for all of us.
