This week Amie & Bev's conversation is about "seeing things from a different perspective". When you are operating from the "survival mode", it is a "known" way of functioning because you have been living from that state for so long (many, many years). Then, if you take the transformation route to shift your energy, mindset and emotional state from living a fear based life to being a more loving and compassionate person, you will look back on your history and see it through "new eyes". And you recognize that when you revert back to the lower vibrational emotions (anger, judgement, shame, guilt, criticism, etc.) it no longer feels like a comfortable way of being. It just doesn't feel good to "go back" to the way you were!
